Cancellation Policy

Payment is due in full at time of booking. If you need to cancel your session, please give Bunkr Creative 72 hours notice to avoid any fees. If you need to reschedule your session, please contact Bunkr Creative at least 48 hours prior to your session. Session will be transferable on a one-off basis, if you have made contact with Bunkr Creative 48 hours prior to your session to reschedule. Bunkr Creative reserves the right to retain $100 of your booking fee in the event of a cancelation made within 48 hours of your scheduled session. Bunkr Creative also holds the right to retain full payment if sessions are missed with no notice. ​ For any additional 'touch-up' work or exporting of stems, please get in touch with one of our friendly producers for pricing and availability. Note that studio sessions held on public holidays will incur an additional 20% fee. ​ Thank you for your understanding.
